Our SuperTune CNC Ported 6.2 / 6.4 HEMI Heads flow in excess of 380 cfm of air at .600 lift on the intake and 236 cfm on the exhaust. And while that makes for outstanding high horsepower potential, our low and mid-lift numbers are just as impressive. If you think these heads perform great straight from the factory, wait until you feel the performance these heads deliver once we perform our work to them.

The heads are first disassembled and checked for and visible damage. They are cleaned in our jet washer to degrease them and the valve guides are checked. Once that is performed, they are ready for CNC Porting. Once that is complete, we than perform our competition valve job and hand blending. The heads are now ready for reassembly with a couple of options we can either use your stock valves that we regrind and old springs or you can purchase as an option one of our spring kits. We also offer new Manley severe duty valves as another option and surfacing of the heads.

OPTIONS - you must select the core charge when ordering. When your heads ship they will have return tags in the box. Once we receive the cores and determine they are acceptable we will return the core charge.
